1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by LOKA Creative Studio (PT LOKA STRATEGIC GROUP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
LOKA Creative Studio provides digital creative services including but not limited to web development, UI/UX design, branding, e-commerce development, and SEO optimization. The scope of each project is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables including designs, code, and content created specifically for your project become your property. LOKA Creative Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins. Final deliverables are provided upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in project delays.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. We take the privacy of your business information seriously and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
LOKA Creative Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate Indonesian courts.
